Cancellation Policy
Villa Accetta operates the following policy in the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking:
- Our cancellation policy is thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival. If you feel it is either likely or possible that you may cancel all or part of a reservation within thirty days of the date of arrival, we suggest you take out an appropriate trip insurance policy.
- In the event of late cancellation or 'No show' less than thirty (30) days of the date of arrival, the hotel charges will be 75% of the total booking value. Charges are only made if the apartment or apartments are NOT resold. It is the policy to charge in all cases of late cancellation or no show of confirmed bookings.
- Villa Accetta reserves the right to recover in full the cost, together with any consequential loss, of replacing and/or repairing any damage, howsoever caused, to the fabric, structure, contents and property from those persons (including guests and visitors) liable for the damage. In the case of damage and/or consequential loss caused by guests, the person responsible for payment of the bill will be deemed liable, whether or not that person is a guest in the villa.
Smoking
It is not possible to allow smoking in the apartments.
